Since joining the family insurance firm founded by his father, Michael Bosworth has extended the company's influence as one of the leading agencies in east Texas. With 25 years of professional experience, Michael holds the prestigious Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations.

Michael specializes in Risk Management consulting and oversees all other aspects of the firm, carrying on the legacy of service for which Bosworth & Associates is known throughout the region.

In 1990, he received the Young Agent of the Year award from the Texas Assocation of Insurance Agents. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Michael is involved in many professional and community activities.

Robert "Sib" Sibley has been with Bosworth & Associates for 10 years and has more than 20 years experience in the insurance business. He handles Commercial accounts as well as all Personal Lines Insurance.

An insurance agent for over 28 years, Tom joined Bosworth & Associates 21 years ago. He deals specifically with Commercial Property and Casualty, but also handles Personal Lines as well. Tom holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Rowdy graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in 1992 where he received a B.B.A in Finance and Economics. He began his insurance career in Austin, Texas with New York Life in 1995. He later joined a property and casualty agency where he worked before joining Bosworth & Associates in May of 2000. Rowdy specializes in commercial property & casualty lines of insurance. He is a Certified Workers Comp Advisor (CWCA) and also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Education.

Rowdy has served on the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Tyler since 2001, including one year as President. He is also very active in his state association where he served as chairman of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) Young Agents Committee in 2003 and was awarded the Committee Chair of the Year that same year. While chairman of the Trusted Choice Membership Campaign, his committee received the Outstanding State Committee Project Award from his national association, the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA). At the 2004 IIAT State Convention in Dallas, Rowdy was the recipient of the Young Agent of the Year Award.

He is a former President of the Tyler Sunrise Rotary Club, a Little League baseball and soccer coach, a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of East Texas and serves in several leadership capacities at Green Acres Baptist Church. Rowdy and his wife Sundee have three children, Chandler, Bailey and Avery Grace.
